Man, this weather sucks!!! Besides all my finger joints aching, my elbow has been having a dull throbbing ache today. I wanted to walk today but my eyes kept watering from the air and even with my thermal Nike fleece pants, my warm down jacket, fleece toque and acrylic scarf it still too damn cold and everything hurts so didn't end up walking!!! Woe is me!!! Cry me a river!!! Play me a violin!
On a brighter note I was able to get a 3 mile walk in yesterday.

- Hi, welcome to my world! In October, 2006 I walked my first half marathon in Victoria. By raising $4500 for the Arthritis Society I was able to walk my first full marathon in Honolulu in December. In 2007 and 2008 I raised $300 each year for the BC Cancer Foundation's Underwear Affair (for cancers below the waist). It's a 10km run/5km walk - I walked and the fundraising minimum was $300. The walk was late in the afternoon (yee ha) and afterwards there was a party with dancing and prizes for best costumes! There were a lot of brave people in their skivvies!

O Decrepit One! Don't cry, get an infrared sauna! They're awesome. Some spas have them--check around.
