Went to my weekly L.A. Weight Loss visit today. After all the cookies and desserts I ate this week I amazed myself and weighed exactly the same as I did a week ago - to the ounce! Only 3 more months to go for my year of maintenance then I don't have to go anymore!!! Yee ha! Got my 6-month maintenance refund cheque a few weeks ago so that was great. Can't wait to get the 1-year one soon.
