I walked over 3 miles on Thursday and again on Friday. At least walking doesn't bother my back although I can't do much walking when my back is bothering me. I went to physio on Friday. My Australian physios are excellent! There are 2 who work there that I see depending on who is there or on vacation etc. This time she worked on mobilizing my C2 cervical vertebrae joint which was really stiff against my skull as well as my lumbar vertebrae and my sacroiliac joints. Had the usual interferential on my back and neck traction. Felt a lot better afterwards.
Tonight we went and saw the movie Snakes on a Plane with Samuel L. Jackson. I really enjoyed SoaP. Ray thought it was far fetched as "snakes don't do that in real life". But I never even thought that. I yelled out loud, laughed out loud, and cheered out loud along with a lot of the audience. Not sure if any other actors could pull off this role. Maybe Tommy Lee Jones. If you liked Jackson in Pulp Fiction then you'll like this show. I saw Pulp Fiction twice when it was at the theatres and that's the only time I've ever gone to see a movie for a second time. If you're afraid of snakes, a feminist or don't like to see a lot of gore or are squeamish then I wouldn't recommend it. Definitely not a show to bring kids to.
