Have been taking Nasonex nasal spray the past few weeks. It's a corticosteroid. For the first week I took the highest dose which was 2 sprays each side twice a day. During that week I was extremely tired so was glad when the dose was halved. Now I'm in the second week at 2 sprays each side once daily. I've been able to breathe better so went on three 5 k walks this week - Monday, Thursday and Friday. I also played badminton on Tuesday for the first time in almost 2 months! I have gotten flabby with the lack of exercise and just coming home and crashing so hopefully will be able to shed some of it.
