Went over to Nanaimo a few weekends ago. Thanks D for bringing my bed over. Went bowling with the folks, that was fun.

Was having bad back fatigue and aching on Saturday and then couldn't get warm on Saturday night. Then on Sunday I was burning up and basically spent the whole weekend in bed. Am now on the 3rd day of the flu and still burning up. My head and ears feel so heavy and the back of my neck feels like it's pushing down. Neck and back are hurting. My eyelids do not stay open...zzz...woe is me! Get the flu not the flu shot as I always say each year! After getting my first and only flu shot a few years ago and feeling like I was hit in the arm with a baseball bat for quite a few days I haven't gotten one since.
