Last Sunday I did the Turbo Jam - 20 Minute Workout in the afternoon. Played badminton that night. Hadn't played for a while so am glad I didn't have to go back to work until Wednesday. Have managed to keep doing Turbo Jam regularly since I started January 5/06. I've done Turbo Jam 8 out of the past 10 days. Hope to keep it up. Can't wait to try the other Turbo Jam workouts.
