Yoga
I went to my first yoga class yesterday, it was a beginner one and there were about 30 or so people there. When asked who were first-timers to yoga I think at least a third or more of us put up our hand. My back and neck were stiff and sore before the class but after the class my whole body was so relaxed, what a difference! I hadn't played badminton for a few weeks as I was sick - had a flu/cold. I could feel the difference playing badminton. I was stronger and didn't get sore in the usual lower back and neck like I usually do. I also slept a lot better and easier last night. Even today my neck and back aren't sore like they usually are. My triceps, pecs and a few other muscles are a bit stiff from the yoga but nothing too uncomfortable.
