Just got back from lunch at U-Grill at Metropolis. Ray and I had our usual veggies and tofu on rice.

Went to L.A. Weight Loss today for my tri-weekly visit. Will start stabilization soon after Calgary since I'm not going to try and lose more weight. Went to the lab to get blood tests done for cholesterol, glucose, potassium etc. I think I get it done every few years. It was quite relaxing to have Ray sitting in the chair across from me. There was also a Hershey's Kiss stuffed doll smiling at me :)
