Well, it only took 2 months to lose 15 pounds through L.A. Weight Loss. This is the weight that I gained after not being able to exercise for a while after the car accident last year. I thought I would try and lose 5 more pounds but it hasn't happened over the past month. I got down to 19 pounds last week but then came back to 15 pounds when I didn't exercise. I think I'll stick with 15 pounds off instead of 20 pounds for now. I'm sure once I'm walking and training for the marathon I will lose a few more pounds.
Check out the photos of me and my fat pants on the right side of my blog. I wore these jeans in March. I had so much flab that they fit then! I had to borrow a belt from a co-worker when I started to lose weight and my pants were falling off as I don't own a belt for jeans. Hard to believe I've lost over 10 inches of fat in my hips, thighs, chest and waist! L.A. Weight Loss doesn't measure my arms but they aren't as flabby either.
