Whew! It's been so hot this weekend. We went and saw Pirates of the Caribbean # 2 yesterday. Neither Ray nor I thought it was any good. We were both very disappointed as the first one was so good.
We went for dinner at TGIF after the movie. Their air conditioning had broken down on Saturday so it was soooo hot in there. Speaking of air conditioning breaking down - IHOP's air conditioning broke down today. I guess it's too hot for these Burnaby air con units.
N should be driving out from Calgary this weekend some time but don't think I'll see her.

- Hi, welcome to my world! In October, 2006 I walked my first half marathon in Victoria. By raising $4500 for the Arthritis Society I was able to walk my first full marathon in Honolulu in December. In 2007 and 2008 I raised $300 each year for the BC Cancer Foundation's Underwear Affair (for cancers below the waist). It's a 10km run/5km walk - I walked and the fundraising minimum was $300. The walk was late in the afternoon (yee ha) and afterwards there was a party with dancing and prizes for best costumes! There were a lot of brave people in their skivvies!
